Parrott
Josh Parrott CeMAP is co-founder of Frank Mortgages and a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. With a background in property sales — and as a landlord himself — he understands the buying and borrowing process from every angle, not just the paperwork. Josh works with home movers, buy-to-let investors, and clients with complex income or credit histories, helping them find the right lending without the runaround. Outside work, he's usually with his dog Buddy or deep into a classic 80s Top of the Pops rerun.
Hadleigh Forman
Hadleigh Forman CeMAP is co-founder of Frank Mortgages and a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Before setting up Frank Mortgages, he spent 12 years as an estate agent — so he knows how transactions actually progress, not just how they're supposed to. That experience means he's calm when things get complicated, and focused on keeping purchases moving even when the unexpected crops up.
Amy
Stelfox
Amy manages clients' applications from submission through to completion, making sure nothing stalls along the way. She's the link between lenders, solicitors and clients — keeping everyone in the loop so there are no surprises. Outside of work, she's usually keeping fit, spending time with her dogs, or at the yard with her horses.
Frankie
Wilson
Frankie manages Frank Mortgages' social media and day-to-day online presence. She's passionate about helping explain mortgages in plain English and giving clients a behind-the-scenes look at how the team works. When she's not doing that, she's teaching Pilates, planning her next trip, or tracking down good Italian food. She is also Josh's fiancée and dog mum to Buddy!

Sarah
Jaimie runs marketing, advertising and communications at Frank Mortgages. She's spent a decade cutting through the jargon that can make financial services feel impenetrable. She believes that if something can't be explained clearly, it probably isn't being done right. At Frank Mortgages, that means clients always know where they stand, how the process works, and what to expect, before they ever make an enquiry. Outside of work, she's kept busy with a 7 year-old son, two American cats called Sugar and Spice and a dog called Royal.
